Astrodome’s rolling three-month data shows prices have eased compared with a year ago. The typical home value is down about a fifth year over year, and median list prices are lower as well. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell than last spring, with median days on market up sharply.

Looking at the latest period through April 2026, typical home value sits around $125,000, with a median list price near $134,000 and an average sale-to-list ratio just over 94 percent. Conditions are much softer than in the broader Houston market, where the median sale price is significantly higher and months of supply is about half of Astrodome’s 10.3 months.

Inventory trends underline this shift, as months of supply in Astrodome has climbed from very tight levels in 2023 to double digits now, even after a notable year-over-year increase in homes sold.
