They were able to replace our roof and not pay anything till closing. Furthermore, the negotiation strategies were on par with market demand and he was able to get us multiple offers and close quickly. Its hard to find good agents that will do what it takes to be resourceful at every point and make a
deal close. I want to acknowledge Alan and his team on being committed to his clients to such a
high level that he got everything we needed done, prior to his client losing his home to
foreclosure and taking a deal to the closing table with all obstacles handled professionally and
