Inventory in South Main has tightened somewhat in the latest rolling three-month view, with about 96 active listings, down slightly from a year ago. New listings have fallen more noticeably year over year, while pending sales are up more than 20 percent, showing stronger contract activity. Homes sold have also increased by nearly a third compared with the same period last year, suggesting buyers are still stepping in despite shifting conditions.
