Inventory in Laredo has grown into a clear surplus in this rolling three-month view. Months of supply has climbed to about nine, more than triple where it was a year ago, signaling a strong tilt toward buyers. At the same time, homes sold and pending sales have fallen by roughly one-third year over year, showing slower contract flow and more options sitting on the market.
