Inventory in Lavaca County has been edging up, with active listings in May at 65 and slightly higher than a year ago, while new listings have fallen nearly a quarter year over year. While Lavaca County’s prices remain below the Texas median sale price of about $344,000, the slower pace and higher supply point to a more neutral environment for negotiations.
