October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $543,890—up 12.17% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $445,000 in Parker County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $427,500 in November.
Reno had 5 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 24—down 11.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
