Joe McAvoy did an amazing job assisting me and my mother on the sale of the home she has lived in for over 20 years. I live in Arkansas and I was very concerned about having to manage selling a home out of state. Joe made it a lot easier for me by referring a reliable (and affordable) painter, carpet installer, landscaper, house cleaner, power washer and handyman to get the home ready for the market in my time frame of less than 30 days. I was able to trust his guidance and the results were outstanding. We were able to sell the home at full asking and with no issues. He was very patient and thorough in reviewing all of the details in the contracts and real estate process via several conference calls, and made himself available to meet with me when I was able to fly in to check on the progress. While I've had the experience in buying and selling multiple homes, this was my mother's first.
