For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $465,000 in Weber County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $477,250 in May.

Hooper had 7 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—down 5.56% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 17 active listings, 35.29% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Hooper grew 19.05% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $750,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 42 days, compared to -6 days in April 2024.
