For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $596,000 in Salt Lake City for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $635,000 in May.
Capitol Hill Historic District had 34 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 35—up 16.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
