For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $570,000 in Salt Lake City for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $557,500 in September.
Federal Heights had 4 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in August, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 8—up 60.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in September.
