“James served as our buyer's agent and he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the areas in which were looking in the Richmond suburbs and we weren't at all familiar with these areas so it was inordinately helpful. He's amazingly responsive and very forthright. He's also an excellent negotiator. He will work hard for you. I highly recommend James Strum.”

“I couldn't imagine working with anyone other than Lindsay. She understood the market, listened to our needs, and provided unwavering support—even while out of town on a pre-planned trip. Always available and responsive, Lindsay answered every question and handled a challenging buying agent with calm expertise, helping us achieve a successful sale in under two weeks. Above all, she made the experience feel personal and genuine, as if I were working with a trusted friend rather than just an agent. Lindsay’s true passion for her clients is what sets her apart. I highly recommend Lindsay Summa to anyone looking to buy or sell; her professionalism and heartfelt approach made all the difference for me and my family.”

“Barbie went above and beyond our expectations with the negotiation and sale of our home. She did an excellent job communicating with us as well as the buyer's agent. When we had an issue with the inspection of our house, she gave us several options on how to move forward with the sale. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her field. I would highly recommend Barbie Lee and Century 21 Redwood to all of my friends and family. Thank you, Barbie!”
