A True Godsend!
It finally came time to help my mum sell her 2nd home as she is getting older with cognitive decline and can no longer keep track of the maintenance. We lived briefly in this home before renting it out and it truly was our favorite home with the happiest of memories; so this was a particularly difficult transition on many levels. Naomi was a Godsend to us in that she was super sharp and able to negotiate with the former tenants as well as the many other players that contributed to the very quick selling of this beloved home. Naomi was additionally generous in her assistance given my mother cannot drive and had a stroke during this time that affected her language and speech. Naomi even continued to work and communicate back and forth with us and the other agent and attorneys while she was on a 2-week vacation in Eastern Europe with a significant time difference! Her presence of mind, attention to detail, thorough knowledge of real estate and her intact moral compass mean
