With strong family ties in Tidewater, Northern Virginia, and Richmond, Eric and his wife, Stephanie, chose the Northern Neck as the perfect place to settle—drawn to its charm, sense of community, and incredible boating opportunities. After exploring the region, they purchased their forever home in the Northern Neck in 2016.

Eric and his family now split their time between the Northern Neck and the West Falls Church, VA, area.

Eric is simply amazing, he is the epitome of a great person! I can’t Thank him enough, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I wasn’t just “a sale” to him he walked me through the entire process, and was there for any questions and concerns. He never pushed me into buying anything and was an amazing support system. This was a long process and I wanted to throw in the towel so many times, but he definitely pushed me to stay the course, it would work out. I’m Thankful I got to work with him!!
