Year-over-year, Freeland’s rolling three-month data shows softer pricing but steady activity. The typical home value is down about 7 percent from a year ago, while the median list price has slipped nearly 5 percent. Even with these price adjustments, homes sold are up about 23 percent compared with last year, indicating that buyers are still moving forward when they see the right opportunity.
