Homes in Lake Cassidy are seeing more options on the market in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are up more than 20 percent year over year, while months of supply has jumped sharply to about eight months, signaling slower turnover. Even with this added inventory, only five homes closed during the latest period, down more than half from a year ago.
