Going into first time home buying you are invetiably going to hear from others who have had poor experiences, felt swindled, or never had a full grasp on the process. I of course had my reservations and weariness going into everything.

Jim turned all of those things around within a matter of a few meetings/viewings. What I appreciated most is that he allowed me to set the tone of the process. I was trying to see as many places as I could as quick as possibly outside of working full time. I was in somewhat of a time crunch with a lease coming up soon. He was always available and was never pushy or felt false.

Another thing I really appreciated was that he was also available after everything was said and done. I still had some questions about a handful of things and he would call me right away to provide advice. Highly recommend regardless of your stage in the process or timeline.

Not only does he have decades of knowledge and experience, but he's professional, tactful, has a network of "helpers" for anything you may need to get your house ready to sell. If we hadn't moved out of state then we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
