Going into first time home buying you are invetiably going to hear from others who have had poor experiences, felt swindled, or never had a full grasp on the process. I of course had my reservations and weariness going into everything.

Jim turned all of those things around within a matter of a few meetings/viewings. What I appreciated most is that he allowed me to set the tone of the process. I was trying to see as many places as I could as quick as possibly outside of working full time. I was in somewhat of a time crunch with a lease coming up soon. He was always available and was never pushy or felt false.

Another thing I really appreciated was that he was also available after everything was said and done. I still had some questions about a handful of things and he would call me right away to provide advice. Highly recommend regardless of your stage in the process or timeline.
