West Seattle home values in this rolling three-month view are up modestly from a year ago, with the typical home value rising about 3 percent. Listing prices are essentially flat year over year, signaling prices have inched up but not surged. Compared with the broader Seattle market, West Seattle’s typical sale price now sits slightly below the citywide median.
In the latest period ending July 2026, the typical home value is about $859,700, with a median list price near $831,700.
