The Hill Team rocks! We owned a split level home in the Kirkland area and we chose The Hill Team to be our realtor. The house needed some work and we were concerned about who to hire for the various jobs. Jodi came through. She had a contractor, a painter/cleaning person, a carpet dealer and a landscaper. All of these were pleasant to work with, worked with our schedule and did an excellent job. AND Jodi did a beautiful job staging the home. They were there for us every step of the way. The house sold right away and we got more than we had ever dreamed of. I highly recommend the Hill Team.

We embarked on a intimidating home purchasing journey (our second home) and didn't think it was going to happen for us in West Seattle due to our criteria. We have worked with 4 agents before and by far, Jodi, Zack and team was the best we have ever worked with. Jodi would tour homes every week and let us know if anything would be a possible match for us. Since we were looking for a bigger home in West Seattle, it was important that we worked with agents who also lived in West Seattle, needless to say Jodi's knowledge of West Seattle was phenomenal as well. After buying our home, it was time to sell our first home, the process could not be any smoother with Jodi. She worked with us with our quick turnaround of a timeline and her team did a phenomenal job staging our home. Jodi's expertise in real estate meant that we were strategic in the listing price and we sold within the weekend was over asking price. We highly recommend working with Jodi and the Hill team. From the outset, Lalo really listened to what we were looking for. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what things were most important to us, and Lalo helped us zero in on our priorities. He texted and emailed and called back lightning quick, gave us helpful answers, and called our attention to important things we hadn't noticed.
