Highland Park’s rolling three-month numbers show more homes available and slower sales volume. Active listings are up slightly year over year, while homes sold are down more than 30 percent. Pending sales are also down over 40 percent from a year ago, pointing to a cooler pace of accepted offers.

Prices are adjusting but not collapsing in response to this softer contract flow.
