We were looking for the perfect investment property for quite some time so when we found it, we were so grateful to have Nichol be there to help us through the process. Nichol sold my house in 2017. The one thing I can say about Nichol is that she goes above and beyond! She is willing to go the extra mile. I was impressed with how fast my house sold, and for the price she was able to sell it at. I do and would refer her to friends and family. If I decide to sell a house in the future I will be contacting Nichol again, without a doubt.
