Justin and Bethany helped us buy a house in Olympia and they were amazing! We dealt with two realtors before in our life and we were not impressed, so we came in with rather low expectations. But Justin and Bethany blew our socks off! Extremely helpful and accommodating, they made time to show us many properties in our timeline . They handled all the paperwork really fast, negotiated with the seller agent (who were extremely unresponsive) and everything else, while keeping us informed at every step.Justin and Bethany actually made the purchase of our new home come true. Justin and Bethany were (and still are!) amazing realtors when we worked with them. We are moving across the country to Washington, and we needed to do our house hunting virtually. Both of them took the nervousness out of the search, by providing very detailed and well recorded tours of houses we were interested in. We were never rushed, and both Justin and Bethany were always honest, up front, and advocated for our best interests. Even though they are based in Olympia, they still drove long distances to show us properties and that was appreciated! Even after we closed on a house, they still traveled that way to make sure everything was secure and ready for us to make our way to Washington. They are still supporting us from afar, and if we sell I will be contacting them again!
