For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $198,750 in Fayette County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $233,180 in August.

Oak Hill had 6 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 23.53% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.

Of those 13 active listings, 46.15% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Oak Hill grew 68.22% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $217,000. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
