What I really appreciated about Adam was his overall knowledge and confidence of real estate and the process. He was able to give us suggestions for how to handle inspections, repairs, contract negotiations, because of his extensive knowledge of the market and real estate. He also has an understanding of people and how to manage contract negotiations. I truly believe we sold our house because of his ability to negotiate sales and not lose prospective buyers.

Adam stuck through thick and thin with us and never wavered. He offered a solid disposition even when my wife and I felt like we were never going to find a place! Adam was courteous, very efficient and beyond professional. Its been a pleasure working 3 different deals with Adam now and hope to use him again in the future!
