Our home was a long ways from being empty and he provided a trailer for us to dump our junk in. He also knew the value of homes and was patient with us senior citizens. He was honest and always available even when he was out of town he would help us and even answer calls after 9 at his home. He also gave us time guidelines to meet. He had our home cleaned and paid out of his pocket for two items that did not pass inspection.
