This was the fourth transaction during which we worked with Alice A. Wise - once she represented the buyer of our property, and the others she represented us, twice as a buyer and once as a seller. I called CENTURY 21 Homefinders of Hawaii to sell an empty lot that had been in my family for over 50 years. Since I am not in Hawaii, I was fortunate that Alice A. Wise answered the phone call and proceeded to explain what was needed and get the process started. Alice submitted a buy offer within a day, and I accepted it. Then the Paperwork started!
Doing a bunch of stuff via on-line is not my thing, but Alice and the team at First American Title helped me get it done.
