Alice was very accessible throughout the selling experience. She explained what to expect at each point and told me who I would be working with in the different phases of the process. At one point, I called her while she was driving. She pulled over and tried to send me the information I was asking for. It did not go through, so she went back to the office to make sure I got what I needed.
