I was so relieved when Alice called me back. I was so stressed out trying to find a place for my daughter, and she happily took over and helped us do just that. She was not only so extremely friendly and helpful, but she went above and beyond anything I could of asked for! She knew that this was important to me and how worried I was finding a safe neighborhood for my daughter while she attends College.. She was absolutely wonderful!

We were very nervous about selling our property while residing in the mainland. Alice Wise was very patient and knowledgable. She helped relieve some of our concerns and answered so many of our questions.

We had been considering selling our lot in Pahoa, for quite some time and never really acted on it. We had received several offers over the years and I was tempted, but they seemed very low. So I decided to contact Alice Wise at Century 21. She had sent me her business card a year or two before and basically said, “If I had any questions or was considering selling, to give her a call”. I am so glad we did. Not only was she with a reputable company and new the area. She was wonderful. Alice contacted me right back, ran me through the entire process in lay terms I could understand. She went over comps with me and gave me realistic expectations. I was concerned, that being a very low-end piece of property, I would not get the attention a more expensive home would get. How wrong I was. Alice checked in on a regular bases. She sold the lot in a few weeks,. I actually received more than I was anticipating. She walked me through each step seamlessly. I could not be more pleased. Alice is a consummate professional, friendly with an eye for detail. I would recommend Alice Wise and Century 21 to anyone considering selling property in Hawaii. Alice Wise was excellent in giving us details on the property, surrounding property sales, details on all cost of selling property. We had never even seen the property so this was important to us. If I called her on some question, she would answer immediately. She followed through on every detail. This is why I chose her over another realtor. She was always positive through a few problems we had with the sale. I would recommend her highly.
