Got to work with Alicia on a fix and flip property in Westchester. She represented me on the buy-side and negotiated $15k off!! We remodeled the whole house to 2020 standard and put back on the market with her and her team. I'm glad to work with them as they have a big team and can handle the work. We where a bit skeptical and wanted to underprice but listening to her and her team we price a little higher and had multiple offers and +$80k above asking due to amazing marketing. Alicia is wonderful. We were randomly matched with her through Zillow and liked her from the start. We were first-time home buyers who truly did not understand what goes into it, and while the process was honestly incredibly trying (which seems to be common), Alicia was always there to help. We would have been lost without her. She was accountable, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout. Honestly, even though we have no other experience to compare it to, we cannot imagine anyone being more thorough and hardworking than Alicia was.
