My name is Amber Foster, and I have lived in Tracy, CA, all of my life. This town is where I met my husband, and we have been married for over 13 years, with four amazing children. My husband served in the military and completed two tours in Iraq. As a family and as a community, we are forever grateful to him and all other military men and women for their service.

Not only am I a wife and a mother, but my other passion in life is real estate. I thoroughly enjoy representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and I consider education—both for clients and other real estate agents—an important part of my role as a Realtor. Amber is a wonderful agent to work with, she is very personable and eager to please her customers. Her knowledge of the area is excellent which helps her engage with perspective buyers. She has great communication and will help with getting your house sold however she can. I would definitely use her if I had a home to sell in the area!

I was familiar with Amber Foster through several other aquaintances who had used her to buy or sell property in the past with great success. From the get-go, Amber came to the table prepared with comps, a pricing strategy and a game plan for pictures, open house timeline, and an honest assessment of the current, very tricky market conditions. Her pricing strat was on the money...within 2 weeks we had an offer at full ask and were thrilled with how smooth and seamless the escrow process went (we closed in less than 15 days thanks to great buyers and everyone on point between realtors and title). The situation was very senative with the seller and her recent personal hardships. This made the purchase of the home different then other purchases. Amber Foster was extremely professional through the entire purchase. She responded to all inquires immediatley with good insight. I dont believe this purchase would have happened without her ebing involved and I'm greatly appreciative of that. Two things she did that I thought highly of was that she gave some of her commission back and came to the final signing. I would highly suggest Amber Foster to anyone.
