Amber is a wonderful agent to work with, she is very personable and eager to please her customers. Her knowledge of the area is excellent which helps her engage with perspective buyers. The situation was very senative with the seller and her recent personal hardships. This made the purchase of the home different then other purchases. Amber Foster was extremely professional through the entire purchase. She responded to all inquires immediatley with good insight. I dont believe this purchase would have happened without her ebing involved and I'm greatly appreciative of that. Two things she did that I thought highly of was that she gave some of her commission back and came to the final signing. I would highly suggest Amber Foster to anyone.
