After falling in love with Cape Cod in the 70's, it was inevitable that my family and I would and make it our home. I moved to the Cape after working in Africa for many years, with Peace Corps and the International Rescue Committee. I have always been drawn to opportunities to listen to people and connect them to the information and resources they need. Being a Realtor allows me to combine the people and analytical skills of my first career with my personal passion for real estate and all things Cape Cod. We initially met with Amy several years prior to our final decision to sell. Once we did decide to sell, the postponed decision left us with limited time to sell and vacate our home prior to departing for the winter. Amy suggested modest cosmetic improvements and then proposed a plan to sell within our desired timeframe with minimal inconvenience to us. We sold at a price very close to that anticipated based on her thorough and clearly explained maket research. She communicated very well throughout the process and was always accessible.
