We would highly recommend Amy Harbeck to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in the lower Cape Cod area. Her knowledge of the little secrets of each neighborhood (e.g. hidden bike paths, best places to paddleboard, etc) was critical to helping us select the best vacation home. She was very responsive and always followed through on everything. Because we were buying a second home, we were thinking about the house as an investment in addition to a vacation home. Amy was very willing to offer opinions on the market potential of homes when asked, which we appreciated, since some realtors tend to shy away from saying anything other than "it's personal preference".
