After falling in love with Cape Cod in the 70's, it was inevitable that my family and I would and make it our home. I moved to the Cape after working in Africa for many years, with Peace Corps and the International Rescue Committee. I have always been drawn to opportunities to listen to people and connect them to the information and resources they need. Being a Realtor allows me to combine the people and analytical skills of my first career with my personal passion for real estate and all things Cape Cod. Serving buyers and sellers since 2004, my professional training is in both residential and commercial real estate. Amy was excellent in every way. She sold the property in a short time, the price she recommended was very good, she kept me current on everything that was happening in regard to the sale, was helpful about advising workers to do the jobs required to ready the sale of the house, dealt with prospective buyers.
I think that Amy did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help in selling a house.

Amy was our realtor when we purchased our Brewster condo nine years ago, so of course we called her when we were ready to sell. She came to our first meeting totally prepared and we quickly developed our strategy. We had a contract within the week and Amy handled everything with ease. She is totally professional, but understanding, considerate and not at all pushy. She has also been a great resource over the years. We would highly recommend Amy Harbeck to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in the lower Cape Cod area. Her knowledge of the little secrets of each neighborhood (e.g. hidden bike paths, best places to paddleboard, etc) was critical to helping us select the best vacation home. She was very responsive and always followed through on everything. Because we were buying a second home, we were thinking about the house as an investment in addition to a vacation home. Amy was very willing to offer opinions on the market potential of homes when asked, which we appreciated, since some realtors tend to shy away from saying anything other than "it's personal preference".
