Andrew is the Owner and CEO of the Monaghan Group, the premier real estate team for buying and selling homes in the Glendale and Peoria markets, as well as the Greater Phoenix Area. He is a graduate of Galway Regional Technical College, where he earned his degree in Hotel and Catering Management.

After graduation, Andrew spent years working in the International Hospitality Industry. In 2001, he turned his passion for providing award-winning service into a successful career in real estate, offering 21 years of highly personalized service to both first-time home buyers and experienced investors.
