Angela is very professional and personable.My husband and I were difficult people to deal with during this process,as we are first time homebuyers.Orginally,we were going to rent,due to bad credit and criminal history.Angela's knowledge about the market worked to our advantage,because we were able to buy instead of rent.There are many loan options and assistance programs available to suite any need,but you'll need a realtor for information that they only have access to.I would say negotiations is Angela's expertise,we went under contract on several houses before executing,and all of the paperwork worked in our favor.We are native to the area of North Texas,and were looking for a rural area.Working with each other,we expanded and explored areas outside of the DFW metroplex.Overall,we are highly satisfied with our experience with Angela.
