I am a Chicago native who grew up admiring the historical architecture of many of the great Chicagoland neighborhoods. I have watched Chicago and the surrounding suburban neighborhoods evolve and I am quite familiar with them. I enjoy helping people make their dreams come true and making their selling or buying process enjoyable and easy. I focus on making sure my clients get the home they desire. I also negotiate well and have a certification as a Price strategy advisor (PSA). I have conducted many property valuations. Assessed targeted property condition. Worked with subcontractors to complete property and grounds modification as necessary. I work with first time home buyers, sellers, and veterans. I also work with residential and commercial investors.
