Hickory Hills had 15 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—up 3.13% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 33 active listings, 18.18% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Hickory Hills fell 2.46% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $299,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
