I would like to take this opportunity to write this testimony regarding the wonderful experience my daughter and I enjoyed while working with Antonela during the purchase of our lovely house. We honestly do not know what we would have done without Antonela’s guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. We did not know much about the process, and had a limited opportunity to find and make an offer on a home. To complicate matters, we did not know that we were able to make it happen. She was very encouraging and available every day. We saw all the homes that were in our range in Troy, West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills. We found out she was helping us on Sunday afternoon. I often refer to this moment as divine intervention. We did not know much and we needed an expert. We would see four houses every day after work from 6 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. I started feeling bad because I fought I that I was making her work very hard . We saw approximately twenty houses. We fell in love with (and still love it!) house #7. That’s when we saw Antonela’ s expertise shine through. She fought for us the entire time. She took on our mortgage company in a fierce battle to protect us. And she pulled it off. It was a sight to behold. Once our offer was accepted, she was able to make sure we were able to get the house inspected quickly. She made sure she was with us during the inspection process. And again, I don’t know what we would have done without her. She kept in constant contact with us the entire time. She took care of us through any issues that came up with the purchase of our home. We constantly say that if it was not for Antonela, we do not believe we would have pulled this all off. A less experienced agent would have never been able to handle all the issues that came up. She protected us the entire time. And she dealt with issues, so we didn’t have to. She handled everything, and it reduced the stress that we were under. But the service did not end with the closing of our home. She made sure to check on our house just one day before the closing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. The bar is instantly raised when you work with Antonela. She works tirelessly to ensure that your goal to buy or sell a home is as smooth a process as possible. If we ever sell this house or need to purchase another one, we would definitely utilize Antonela again. We have such gratitude for her helping us to realize our dream of living in this home. And we fully realize what a major role she had in making our dream true.

I was incredibly impressed with Antonela's client- oriented action plan. From assistance with staging to professional photography, to detailed I knowledge in marketing and exposure of my own house Antonela went above and beyond service. Through her strong negotiation skills she managed to present me with a full price offer within 6 days from the day of listing the property to be sold. Undoubtedly, I further asked her to represent me in an immediate temporary lease contract and will certainly be honored to benefit of her work ethic in my next upcoming transaction as a home buyer.

Antonela was the right real estate agent for our building company from the get-go. Very involved in the process, asking the right questions regarding new construction, questions that will later benefit the potential buyer. Great communicator, she was part of our team from finalizing the building to professional photography to advertising to staging to every Open House and Broker Tour hosted to inspection phase to negotiations and closing. What truly helped is that Antoanela did come up with unique marketing ideas to promote awareness of craftsmanship of our new built in a prestigious area of Birmingham .
