I would highly recommend April as a realtor me being a first time home buyer I knew I needed someone with patience knowledge of the market and the skills needed to get the job done April demonstrated all of the above I fired 2 realtors prior to for lacking April made the experience seamless and held my hand through the entire process she found out what my needs and must haves in my first home and kept the options coming because of her expertise I found my first home within a comfortable budget and just the right size and in a short amount of time and even with multiple offers due to April's strong offer and experience I got the house I wanted April works hard and it shows I can't thank you enough.

April helped my husband and I find a condo
in Ft. Lauderdale back in 2005. We were new
to the area and she found several different
options (all with pros and cons) and worked
with us to find the best match for our needs
and budget. Even though she was new to
selling real estate at that time, she was
professional, confident and went out of her
way to find answers to questions she didn't
know. She made the whole process
enjoyable (not stressful) and I'd work with
her again if we moved back to Florida.
