I have had the privilege of having Ashley Hernandez as my realtor on several different occasions. The most recent with the sell of my Mom’s home (Estate) with my Sister and Brother and I must say Ashley has been amazing! She listed the home as Bray Real Estate Group agent and kept all three of us very informed. The house was under contract within a few days and she has worked hard on making sure everything has been addressed properly and efficiently as we get closer to the closing date. I know it has been a challenge to work with the 3 of us, but she has been so sweet and knowledgeable thoughtful every step of the way. She added personal touches to the house to make it show nicely.
