We found her to be honest, forthright , explaining different aspects of what was going on , going over the paperwork explaining things we did not know , outstanding in her commitment to us and our requests and patient . We believe Beth went over and beyond what another realestate agent would have . She was terrific !!.We can not sing her praises enough.

Honest and excellent realestate broker . Very caring making sure we understood paper work , title, passing papers etc. making sure we understood and letting us know what to expect and where we were at different phases of the sale which was time consuming for her.

Really quality experience with Beth Grady as our agent both selling our condo and buying another one was stressful but Beth kept us all together with her communication and manner .
