Honestly, I cannot praise Michelle highly enough! Her advice was clear, accurate and based on recent real estate data. Her suggestions about what to renovate and what not to renovate were spot on. Her choice of a contractor to do the remodeling work was excellent. She was so helpful and communicative throughout the process; I always felt supported and in control during the process.
