Amazing! She worked closely with my builder agent Mary, to make sure that I wasn't paying for stuff that I didn't need. If I had any questions about my contract, she would help me with that. I could reach out to her anytime of the day, seven days a week with any questions that I had. By the time that I signed my final contract, Betina had got me close to $15,000 in credits for my new home and I still was able to get all of the flooring and other things that I wanted for my forever home. I was a recent widower who had never experienced the sell or purchase of a home because my husband always handled everything. Betina helped me with the sale and purchase of my new home. I was provided with knowledge and advice that made me feel like she was looking out for my best interest like I was a member of her family. Betina was able to get me a great offer on my home and was able to find me a new home in the area that I wanted. I wanted a new home close to the area of my last home. Initially, I started looking for places on my own. I couldn't find anything in my price range for the location that I wanted.
