Brad Morse was the most patient and attentive realtor I have ever worked with. My specifications for what I wanted out of my next home were very hard to meet but Brad stayed the course, didn't try to push me to settle on a house that I wasn't thrilled with and went above and beyond to narrow searches and find me my ideal home. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about what a prospective homeowner wants.

Brad was exceptional! During an unprecenteted housing market, Brad's strategy to secure an agreement with the seller was critical. He has a strong understanding of the area and the various market forces at play. I highly recommend him!

We used Brad as our buyers agent for our current home. He did such a great job with that purchase that we had no interest in other agents.

As with the purchase of our current home Brad knew all the right cards to play. This house had some unique challenges in marketing/selling it. Brad kept us positive and the process moving nicely.

Brad is both a really nice guy to work with and very good at his job. My wife and I had an immediate connection with him. He is a very genuine person and doesn't have any of the stereotypical traits of someone in sales. He just wants to do well for his clients. Can't recommend strongly enough!

We got extremely lucky with Brad. He was fantastic.

We wouldn't have been fortunate enough to be selected by the sellers if it wasn't for Brad's insights into the process. He guided us through all aspects of the process and helped us make all the right moves.

I can't say enough nice things about Brad. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
