Brad went above and beyond to make sure my house was read to sell. He really helped guide me through what improvements I should make before listing and getting expert advice on how to stage the house for the photos and open house events. Because of this, we had great interest right from the start and multiple offers after the open house to choose from.

Brad helped me sell my house at the beginning of the unprecedented time. When I decided to look for another house 5 months later, Brad was my go to and he didn't disappoint as my buyers agent. He's very knowledgeable in his field and will get you the answer if he is unsure. I'm hoping I won't be moving for a very long time but if I had to Brad will be my go to again.
