I was looking at homes in Las Vegas awhile back doing my homework online with no plans of bothering an agent unless I decided to move forward. I was assigned to Mr. Gordon Hammond who started to pester me with both auto generated and personal emails that increasingly got aggressively belligerent wanting to know when I was going to take action and not to waste his time if I wasn't going to buy. I found his conduct to be very unprofessional considering I was hardly wasting his time by viewing/saving houses online over a few weeks. My impression of him judging from his emails is that I would never utilize his services in the future.

Brad was great in helping me find a condo to buy in a very short time moving from out of state. He was patient, providing information on each property we toured, explaining what a "healthy reserve" meant when purchasing a condo and pointing out the ins and outs of a particular property. Brad was very responsive to texts and emails, replying quickly, oftentimes sending emails in what should be his off hours and altogether is very dedicated to his profession. I've bought other properties before and have had great experiences in other transactions. I would say that working with Brad was another great experience.
