Braden Mcmahill is an excellent real estate professional. I was nervous abouot the logistics of selling my house - so that I could purchase a new house. I had lots of questions and Braden was quick to respond to all my questions (and there were many). Braden was readily available when I wanted to look at prospective houses to buy and never complained about meeting to look at another house - and some I looked at more than once. My house was under contract in about 2 weeks; and I did have some repairs I had to make to my house after the inspection and Braden hepled me negotiate those repair demands. I met Braden at an open house as I was just starting to think about selling my current house and moving to an area closer to my daughter and her family. He was so friendly and knowledgeable at the open house.
It took a little longer than I expected for me to get my house ready to go on the market, but Braden was patient with me and indulged my requests to look at prospective houses in the neighborhood I wanted to move to.
When my house went on the market - I got an offer pretty quickly. But the inspection uncovered some issues that needed to be repaired which caused a delay in the closing date due.
Braden was quick to respond to all my numerous texts and phone calls and always made time for me when I wanted to look at prospective houses.
I would highly recommend Braden if you are looking to sell or buy a home.
