Braden Mcmahill is an excellent real estate professional. I was nervous abouot the logistics of selling my house - so that I could purchase a new house. I had lots of questions and Braden was quick to respond to all my questions (and there were many). Braden was readily available when I wanted to look at prospective houses to buy and never complained about meeting to look at another house - and some I looked at more than once. My house was under contract in about 2 weeks; and I did have some repairs I had to make to my house after the inspection and Braden hepled me negotiate those repair demands.
