Brad handled the sale of the house in record time, and with exemplary skill. That in itself is a strong reason to recommend him, but it isn't my only, or even my strongest, reason for doing so.

I find change difficult, so the prospect of simultaneously selling my house and buying a condo seemed like a nightmare. Brad made the entire experience immeasurably better than it would otherwise have been. I literally shudder to think of what it would have been like without is kindness, his patience, and his knowledge. I am greatly in his debt, and now consider him a friend as well. Brad Thelin is, to my mind, what a realtor should try to be: a person of integrity and empathy, one who not only worked unfailingly to advance my interests as a seller (and buyer), but who also tried to make the process as comfortable and accessible to me as possible. I can't thank him enough for that.

I met Brad Thelin at the open house for the property that I was interested in. He was very polite and friendly. I was living out of state at the time and Brad helped me through the buying process. I was a bit nervous at times because I wasn’t in state for the entire process. I counted on Brad to help me through and he did. Brad Thelin helped me sell my condo as well as buy my current house. When I decided to put my condo up for sale, I really wasn’t sure how fast it would sell in this market, since condos don’t have the wide appeal that a house does. Through marketing and open houses, Brad was able to get the condo sold quickly. I was amazed! He also helped me buy a house, and walked me through all the steps involved in selling the condo and buying a house. Thanks Brad!
