Brandy Keener

As a full-time Realtor, I assist both buyers and sellers in the Charleston, SC area. I am a lifelong resident of Charleston and have lived in or owned property in many of the surrounding areas and islands. Charleston is a beautiful city with magnificent landscapes and charming character.

My degree is in Math and Computer Science, and I graduated with honors from Clemson University. I began my professional career as a Computer Programmer and Analyst. After taking time off to raise our three children, I decided to return to work in the Real Estate field in 2008. My experiences in helping individuals buy and sell properties and homes have been very rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy providing my clients with excellent service and successful transactions. My analytical background has served me well and been beneficial in representing my clients.

I am a good listener and attentive to my clients, and I work diligently to ensure they either find the perfect home at the right price or achieve the best deal possible for their home in a reasonable amount of time. I am definitely not the Realtor who simply lists a property on the MLS, puts a sign in the yard, and waits for calls. Approximately 97% of home buyers begin their search on the internet before they ever contact a Realtor. I ensure that my listings are marketed both traditionally and online to receive the most advantageous exposure.
