At our first meeting, Brenda was so personable and eager to help me understand the process of home buying. She was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and helped me feel at ease with my decision to start looking for a home. Brenda always had my best interests in mind - whether it was providing additional knowledge about a certain neighborhood or giving her helpful opinions about certain aspects of each home we visited. She was very conscious of sticking to my price point and staying within the geographical area I specified which I greatly appreciated. She took the lead when the time came to negotiate with the seller/builder and I definitely feel she was able to negotiate the purchase in my favor. Brenda was also greatly involved in my home purchase from beginning to end. She was able to keep track of all essential details leading up to closing and took control of keeping everyone involved (lender, closing attorney's office, home builder) on the same page to ensure as smooth of a purchase process as possible. Without Brenda, my home purchase experience would have greatly suffered. She was a God-send, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!

Brenda Bellomo was the best and easiest to work with from all of our experience in selling homes. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. She communicated with us frequently and really made the process go smoothly, especially since we moved out of town. She made great suggestions and went beyond to get our home sold.
