Brenda was great throughout the process. We were only in town for a couple of days and she made every effort to show us as many houses as she could. After we left without selecting a house, she went above and beyond by sending us videos of houses we liked to give us a better idea of what we were looking at. Brenda made the home buying experience enjoyable and easy to understand. Any questions we had, Brenda was able to answer in great detail. If I had to buy or sell another house I would definitely go through Brenda.

If you want a realtor to give your house the best opportunity to sale, you need to hire Brenda Bellomo. I listed two houses with her and one was under contract in four days and sold and my other house is under contract now! Thank you Lord for your many blessings and one for sure is Brenda.

My wife and I were looking for a home on the internet and I came across the property that we liked and happened to be a Century 21 property to which Brenda was the listing agent. I called and left a message and within 24 hours Brenda returned my call. Brenda was very polite friendly and you can hear it in her voice that she was very motivated in an effort to try to meet my wife and I needs. As we continue to talk, Brenda ask questions concerning our wants and desires for our new home Brenda was on top of everything with an unyielding desire to make her clients happy. We had difficult sellers especially after the home was bought. The previous owners left a mess behind. Refrigerator, tables and chairs, old doors, trash everywhere. Even after the sale Brend worked with us to ensure the sellers agent was informed and the trash removed.

Brenda was amazing!! When my husband and I had concerns or questions, she was on top of any situation. She was always there, responding and reaching out to us at any given time of the day or night. She took mental notes of what we were looking for anytime she showed us a home and what we wanted.

This was the second experience I had with working with Brenda. She was my realtor when I bought the property 10 years ago and when it was time to sell it she was the first person I called. Working with Brenda as both a buyer and a seller I can tell you she's phenomenal in both categories and second to none. When working with her as a buyer she went above and beyond making herself available whenever we were able to meet showing us over 10 properties in one weekend. When I decided to sell this property Brenda met with me on a holiday as I now live out of state to get the paperwork going. Brenda is a huge asset as a seller's realtor as she's got amazing contractors that are willing to work as hard, diligently and as fast as she does and her follow up is second to none. I don't think there is a way that she could make a getting a house ready to market as easy as she does, it's flat out amazing how much she does. Absolutely nothing falls through the cracks with Brenda.
