Surfside Beach had 15 new listings and 17 listings that went under contract in February, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 79—up 1.28% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in March.
Of those 79 active listings, 26.58% reduced their price in the month of February. The median listing price for homes in Surfside Beach fell 28.46% from January to February, bringing the current median listing price to $614,500. Based on projected data for March, listing prices may continue to fall.
