Burt has helped us purchase our last 4 homes, and sell our last 3. That is a testimony to how much we trust him with such an important transaction. There are so many moving parts (buying a new home while selling a home, inspections/appraisals on both ends, etc.), but Burt makes all of it seamless. His knowledge and ability to understand and time the market for us has been spot on every time. He even helped us manage through the construction/building process for our new home. He was accessible and willing to talk to us even while we were out of state on vacation, to ensure we had all of the needed information to begin the process. I would recommend Burt to anyone.

Burt helped me but my first home. As a first time home owner I had one million questions always. He was patient and always had an answer. The amount of knowledge this man has is incredible. Because he's so good at his job he saved me a lot of money down the road and saved me from inheriting some major problems. I highly recommend him!

Burt was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and an understanding agent. He did not make excuses and got back with us on all of our questions. It was a pleasure to work with him again. This was the second home he sold for us and I would use his expertise again...if he can transfer his license to also include North Carolina. I would not hesitate a second when hiring him.
