A higher months-of-supply figure, fewer bidding wars, and an average sale-to-list ratio just under 98 percent point to more room for negotiation on both sides. “Our experience in working with Aaron Morrow was exceptional. We first met Aaron at an open house he was hosting, just a couple of doors down from the house we were renting. “Carla helped us sell our home (in a very tough market), and then turned around and helped us buy our dream home. She was excellent at negotiating and got us a great deal! I truly can’t say enough good things about her - she went above and beyond. She staged our home beautifully, and helped us make very affordable upgrades to our house that vastly improved the appearance. And when I say helped, I mean she and her husband Pat were literally at our house installing light fixtures, cleaning up and doing many of the minor repairs themselves!
